Jul 20, 2008 · in terminal type cd ventrilo (press enter) then press cd ventsrv (press enter) then type ./ventrilo_srv this will start the server with the settings set in the configuration.ini file. to change them just open that file with your text editor. it is in the ventsrv folder in the ventrilo folder. reply if u need more help.

I am having a very weird problem with my Ventrilo. What is happening is, I can not hear people talk at all, in any Ventrilo server. I can however hear the Ventrilo Default noises, when I change channels, enter a server, or push my push to talk key.
