Jan 24, 2020 · I had a very similar problem. Netflix would start, get to the big “N” graphic with the circular spinner below. The spinner would just keep rotating continuously. I very much doubt this was a network environment problem, however, I was able to get Netflix working. I started the wifi hotspot on my phone. Then I connected my Firestick to that.
